How RAK bookings work
Ras Al Khaimah sits roughly an hour and a half north of our Bay Square base, and we are straight with customers about what that means. We do not keep a branch, showroom or standing crew in RAK. What we do instead is plan the trip properly: confirm the job, agree a date that works, and arrive with the right film already selected.
In practice that makes RAK bookings slightly less spontaneous than Dubai ones and no less thorough. The same small family team handles the quote, the drive and the installation, so nothing gets handed off to a subcontractor who has never spoken to you.
The emirate also throws up conditions worth planning around. Coastal properties in Al Hamra and Mina Al Arab deal with strong reflected glare off the water, while inland areas towards Al Dhait and Khuzam get sustained afternoon heat load on west-facing glass. For eligible services and locations, yes — we fit at your address rather than asking you to drive to Dubai. Eligibility comes down to the service, the site and access, and we confirm it in writing with your quote.
There is no fixed price list, because a three-window car and a full villa are not comparable jobs. Pricing follows the application, the number and size of panes, and the film tier. Send the details and you will have a clear figure before committing.
Coastal glass in areas like Al Hamra and Mina Al Arab tends to be a glare problem as much as a heat one, because of reflection off the water. All three of our tiers address glare similarly; where they differ is infrared heat rejection, from up to 67% on DS-ONE through to up to 98% on DS-MAX. We will suggest a tier based on which problem is bothering you most.
