Fujairah sits on the other side of the country from us. That distance shapes how we handle east coast bookings, and we would rather be straight with you about it than pretend the emirate is ten minutes from our door.

Yes, though not on a drop-in basis. We are based in Dubai and cross to the east coast on scheduled visits. Book in advance and you get a confirmed date; ask for something same-day and we will usually have to say no, because we would rather decline than miss a slot we promised.
Whatever applies to your job is written into the quotation you receive up front. There is no separate surcharge produced on the day, and nothing gets added after you have agreed a price.
The more notice the better, particularly for property work. Vehicle jobs are easier to slot in. If you are flexible on the date we can often pair your job with another east coast booking, which usually brings the date forward.
There is no fixed rate, because a saloon car and a villa full of floor-to-ceiling glass are not comparable jobs. Price follows the application, the pane count and the film tier. Tell us what you have and you will get a firm figure, not a range.
For sustained heat on west and sea-facing glass, the higher tiers do more work: DS-MAX is stated at up to 98% infrared rejection, DS-PRO up to 88%, DS-ONE up to 67%. All three are stated at up to 99% UV protection. We will suggest the tier that fits the exposure rather than automatically pointing you at the dearest one.
Not necessarily, and it is worth clearing up before you choose. Shade governs how the glass looks and how much visible light gets through. Heat rejection is a property of the film's construction. A lighter high-tier ceramic can beat a darker low-tier film on temperature.
